Our head office is situated in Meyerton, which is approximately 50 km. south of Johannesburg on the R26 highway.
BLITZ concrete was established in 1976, although the founder's experience in the industry goes back many more years.
Our product range has always included kerb stones, channels, street name blocks, paving slabs, grass pavers and a wide variety of building materials and consumables.
Whilst keeping abreast with all new developments in concrete technology, we will always stay steadfastly committed to the ongoing upliftment of the communities in which we operate. This we do by constantly creating new job opportunities and in maintaining a labour-intensive environment, wherever possible.
We remain committed to our policy of on-the-job training to supplement the skills pool in our community. Despite the heavy cost incurred in maintaining a labour intensive operation, our overall efficiency planning and quality control have ensured that we continue to maintain our leading and competitive role in the civil engineering industry.
BLITZ further contributes towards maintaining the R.D.P. in hosting ongoing factory visits and training workshops where our products and their correct installation and usage is demonstrated and taught to the delegates attending.
BLITZ also provides a full-time advisory service, giving technical assistance to civil engineering corporations, town councils, and to merging contractors.
